What is StudioBox?
A local-first production workspace that keeps briefs, references, scenes, shots, AI outputs, reviews, and approvals inside one project.
Who is it for?
Filmmakers, video freelancers, directors, visual artists, animators, agencies, and small studios using AI in production work.
Does StudioBox generate media?
StudioBox can send work to AI tools for images, video, voice, and text. Availability depends on the services and accounts you connect.
Does it replace editing software?
No. StudioBox has a rough timeline for planning and reviewing shot order. Final editing, sound, and finishing still belong in your editing tools.
What stays on my computer?
Project records and working files are kept on your machine by default. Anything you send to an outside AI service is handled under that service's terms.
What stage is StudioBox in?
StudioBox is in early access. The working application already includes writing, references, scenes, shots, generation requests, review tools, a visual canvas, and a rough timeline.
